Excellent Pets Gland Guard Chews contains prebiotics and probiotics. Prebiotics are specific types of fiber that serve as food for probiotics, beneficial gut bacteria. This formula contains Enterococcus faecium, a bacterium that naturally lives in the gastrointestinal tract of dogs. Together, prebiotics and probiotics support digestion and contribute to a balanced intestinal flora. This, in turn, contributes to the natural emptying of the anal glands.

Feeding advice
- For dogs weighing less than 6.5 kg: 1 chew per day
- For dogs from 6.5 to 9 kg: 2 chews per day
- For dogs from 9 to 15 kg: 3 chews per day
- For dogs from 15 to 30 kg: 4 chews per day
- For dogs from 30 to 40 kg: 5 chews per day
