How does returning work at Louis-Choice?

You can return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Items returned after 14 days are not eligible for return or refund.

Are returns free?
No, returns are at your own expense. You can choose which carrier you use for return. You are responsible for the shipping, so always make sure you get tracked and insured for your return.

Exceptions
Certain products cannot be returned, such as used items, perishable goods (food and snacks), custom-made products, hygiene products, or items with broken seals. Discounted items are also not eligible for return.

Refunds
After inspecting the returned items, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within 14 days.

Gifts
If an item was purchased as a gift, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. If the gift was received by the giver first, the refund will be issued to them.

NB
Do not return items to the manufacturer and always keep your proof of purchase for quick processing of your return.

1. Complete the return form below and we will contact you.
2. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Please check the rates with your chosen carrier.
3. Returns of items over €75 must be sent using a traceable and insured shipping service.
4. We will not refund any shipping costs incurred in delivering the items if you only returned part of them.
